The spacious room and modern bathroom with a hot shower were a welcome treat. The receptionist was extremely helpful, even arranging a private boat tour in Lan Ha Bay. The staff were attentive, providing us with a map of Cat Ba and offering great advice on tours and transportation. The location was excellent, with easy access to nature walks and breathtaking scenery. a great place to stay.

The location of this eco lodge is in a beautiful green valley, away from the town. There are some nice treks nearby and the staff are helpful in organizing trips to Halong Bay and the National Park. The rooms are spacious and pretty, with the option to stay in little wooden cottages on stilts.

English skills of the staff can be lacking at times.
